What format should my artwork be in?Embroidery is pretty flexible, and our pro designers can work their magic on almost any file. But we do have our preferences where possible. Vectors are the best file format, and these can be created in programs like illustrator. If you have a vector file (eps, .ai or SVG), please email them directly to: GTLThreads@gmail.com. The UPLOAD file on our form accepts the following file formats: Site images Supported files: JPG, PNG, GIF, JPEG, JPE, JFIF, BMP, HEIC, HEIF, TIFF, TIF, WEBP, JPEG 2000 and RAW. The following JPEG 2000 file formats are supported: .jp2, .jpg2, .j2k, .jpf, .jpm, .j2c, .jpc, .jpx The following RAW file formats are supported: .arw, .srw, .nef, .cr2, .cr3, .crw, .rwl, .rw2, .raw, .raf, .pef, .orf, .mrw, .dng, .sr2, .srf, .kdc, .k25, .dcr, .x3f, .erf, .3fr Animated WEBP images are currently not supported and convert to static image File size limits: Images: 25MB GIFs: 15MB you can’t do this, no problem. You can send us a JPEG or png. You can even send us a scan of an image. If we can't work with it, we'll let you know.

What size should my artwork be?We recommend you size your artwork to the size you want it be embroidered, or larger. All files should have a resolution of 300dpi minimum. However, we will accept any file and let you know if we cannot work with it for any reason.

Can I select Pantone colors for my embroidered colors?No, unfortunately, you cannot specify Pantone colors. But we match your logo colors as closely as possible with our thread colors.

Can my artwork be rejected or refused?Yes, if it is against our company policy, we can and will reject and refuse your artwork. It cannot be inappropriate, offensive, profane, culturally, racially, gender, or socially insensitive, disruptive, harassing or defamatory.

How long before I receive my order?Please allow up to two weeks to receive your order.

Is there a one-time logo digitizing charge?There is a one-time $50 digitizing charge for up to 8,000 stitches (small to medium logo). There is a $75 one-time charge for up to 10,000 stitches (large logo).
